What is not working? I'm guessing maybe this line  if (rx1.IsMatch(Mobile)) should be if (!rx1.IsMatch(Mobile)) The new changes will tell the application to throw exception if the mobile number is not 10 digits. The current logic will throw exception if the mobile number is 10 digits.

Hi Praveen,   Just Check this Code,   if(MobileNum.Text.Length>=10 && (Regex.Match(MobileNum, @"^(\+[0-9])$").Success)) //Your actions else //throw the error message   Some Additional Validations:   Mobile number validation To Display without 91/0 - / ^((\+){0,1}91(\s){0,1}(\-){0,1}(\s){0,1}){0,1}9[0-9](\s){0,1}(\-){0,1}(\s){0,1}[1-9]{1}[0-9]{7}$/ To Display with or without 91/0- /^((\+91-?)|0)?[0-9]{10}$/ (with or without +91 or 0)   Thanks Raghav
