once i am tired to build my project .I am getting build error in the below code.

Error:
SQL80001:Incorrect syntax near 'WITH' .Excepting '(' ,or AS.

Yes it might be the case for the new IDE, you can do one thing here go to the Project Properties tab in VS, Project Setting -- > Target Platform, choose suitable SQL server there - SQL Server 2005, and Press OK. Then close the IDE, and restart it. Might that error will not come, it is the filthy TSQL that is hindering the IDE. TSQL is having a whole different line of code for query, that's why such problem occurs.
I would suggest to use external SQL Server rather than to use internal one.
