visual studio installation

Hi,I had taken visual studio 10.0 through pendrive, I tried to install while installing it through an error error encountered while loading setup components.Please suggest me how t install?am usian windows 8.1 64 bit.

I have also getting same error last time and solved when i uninstall anti virus

it is showing the error that "visual studio cnt be opened retry or cancel" if i retry it shows error loading setup components
