First go tohttps://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/ Then click on "View all downloads" button Then click on + (Plus sign) next to "Visual Studio 2015" Then select radio button next to "ISO" option right in front of " Visual Studio Community 2015 with Update 3 – Free". This will download the DVD image. It is my experience that despite of this download, you will still need to have Internet connection on while installing.
