Why am I not getting interview calls ?

I’ve been actively applying for developer roles, but I’m barely getting any interview calls. I’m trying to understand what I might be missing so I can improve.

Here are my details:

Tech stack: .NET Core, C#, SQL, APIs, React, MERN stack, Flutter
Experience: 3 years+

Job interviews are little bit tricky right now. Lot of IT companies are laying off.

My recommendation is, upskill yourself with the skills that are in-demand. You can apply for jobs but the best way to get interviews is most likely though your network. Friends who you know and if there companies are hiring.

I highly recommend learn something about AI (not low level but high level), get good at Vibe Coding and using tools like CoPilot and master them.
