Why Jquery datepicker not work properly?

Question

The javascript is :
$(document).ready(function () {
alert('hi');
$(" ").datepicker({
changeMonth: true,
changeYear: true,
hideIfNoPrevNext: false
});
});
The console error is : Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead.

Above code also not work properly. If we use simple page then its working perfect.

Please use the latest version of js.
