window open

Question

I am trying to have a C# 2010 web form call another web page using a response.redirect and that is not working.
I am wondering if I can setup a window.open('~/www.site.com'); return false;
to have my page point to the correct new webpage that  I am looking for.
Can you tell me how to accomplish this goal by using a window.open statement?

can you please share your code in which you use response.redirect?
i think there are some problem in code like in javasript on click function return false...

I have tried both Response.Redirect(" http://www.google.com "); andResponse.Redirect(" http://www.google.com ", false); and both do not work.
Is there a way that I can use window.open not in javascript? If you are using javascript, can you show me how to use windows.open?

i have try this, it working fine
Response.Redirect(" http://www.google.com ");
i think you must append http or https..
