using System.IO;
static void Main(string[] args) listA = new List(); listB = new List();

var reader = new StreamReader(File.OpenRead(@"C:\test.csv"));

while (!reader.EndOfStream)
{
var line = reader.ReadLine();
var values = line.Split(';');
listA.Add(values[0]);
