Wpf Setup Should Not be System Login Specific

Question

When I am trying to install wpf setup on system after installing successfully icon display on desktop as well accessories.
but after logoff/switch to user the application icon not display on desktop as well accessories.
i wish my setup would not be windows login user specifc it will dispaly everybody who logins the system not for only the person who run the setup.

Open you setup project... Click on View from menu, then Editor followed by User Interface .
Click on Installation Folder and open Properties window . Change InstallAllUsersVisible property value to True .
