I want to upload the file to the database using jsp mysql ?
If i choose file and select the category(there are 4 category i thee drop down box), the file should save in the selected particular category in the server and save that file name and file path to the mysql database. And i have to fetch that stored file from database to the front-end. my questions are how to create folder in server for each drop down category.? How to save the file ame and file path to the database ?
File path stored. How to store other data into DB ?
I have stored file name and file path into the database using jsp code. now i want to insert other data into same DB same Table using jsp but file path saving into the DB but other data are not storing into the DB. wants store the files in database and retrieve files
i want to upload the files to the database and uploaded files should come under tree strctured folders and sub folders using jsp servlet codes. right now my files are saving in localhost server

sorting data using java script
hi , I have declare 3 country table and one more table for sorting data using this table. Table 1 consist 100 record , Table2 have a 150 Record and Table 3 have 100 record. Now i have to find using fourth one table . Table 4 : Columnname 1 To 50, 50 To 100, 100 To 150 etc I will click to 1 to 50 than all 3 three table display 1 to 50 record using java script. Validation Issues & Image submission In JSP project.
I am new to jsp and I am trying to make an apllication form in jsp which saves the details of the member in the mysql . Connectivity part is done it is taking in the details and saving them to mysql DB , issue is that few columns like pincode , mobile number & fax ,validation is not working with them . Please suggest me how to add validation to these columns . Also I am trying to save the image of the applicant but it takes the image as an attachment and when I try to fetch the data from DB it only shows the attachment not the image .

I am able to play pause and stop audio files through the keyboard, but when I am seeking back and forth, I am using left and right arrow keys, and it is being seeking 15 sec. I need to do it for 5 or 10 seconds, instead. Recently i am working on a project on Hostel Management System. I have a table in which there is a column 'blob' to store images. Now i want to retrive the images and show it in application form of students at a particular place.Can any one help to code to retrive and show the images in jsp without using servlel.
