Active Directory in VB.NET

Microsoft Technet offers a script repository to work with Active Directory User Accounts; however,you needed to work with .NET and you could not find samples for all the tasks.I promised to myself that one day I would publish the code samples I found and created to help other developers who are working with Directory Services.

This application does one simple task. On any network where Microsoft Active Directory is used it will list all computers on the network. I faced this problem when I wanted to document all of the computers on the network using WMI.

This sample shows how to access Active Directory information in a Windows 2000 domain.When you install a Windows 2000 domain controller and are creating a new domain you install both the active directory and DNS, which the active directory uses.
